I fix office technology for a living, and I have for years — networks, email, printers, point-of-sale, the server nobody has logged into since it was installed. Most of that work has been for small businesses across central Utah: the clinics, shops, firms and offices between Spanish Fork and Richfield.
Kovyr Technology exists because I kept walking into the same situation. A five-person office, a few thousand dollars of equipment, client records that would end a business if they leaked — and nobody watching any of it. The big providers up north quote a 25-seat minimum and don't return the call. The alternative is a nephew who is good with computers and busy with his own job.
So that's the gap I built this for. Same monitoring, backups, patching and security a Provo company would get, sized and priced for an office your size — from someone who will actually drive out.

Am I dealing with a real business?
Kovyr Technology LLC is a registered Utah limited liability company with its own EIN — not a side hustle invoiced through a personal account. You get a real contract, real invoices, and a business that is accountable in writing for the work it does.
Who actually shows up?
Me. Every call, every visit, every report. You will never be handed to a ticket queue or a technician who has to be told what your setup looks like, because there is only one of us and he already knows.
What does it cost, really?
Every price is published on the pricing page — plans, hourly rates, minimums, compliance packages. No quote games, no surprise line items. If a job is going to cost more than expected, you hear it before the work happens, not after.
What are you not?
I am not a 24/7 emergency operation, and I will not pretend to be. Business-hours calls usually reach me directly; after hours, managed clients get a callback by the next morning. If your business genuinely needs someone at 3 a.m., I will tell you so and point you at a provider built for it.

Why local matters here
I live in Aurora and work the corridor from Richfield up through Spanish Fork — Salina, Gunnison, Manti, Ephraim, Mount Pleasant, Nephi, Santaquin, Payson, Salem. That is a long stretch of highway that most technology companies treat as the edge of the map. It is not the edge of my map; it is the whole thing.
Practically, that means someone who can be in your office when hands are required, who knows that the clinic and the tax office and the trucking company down the street are running the same three problems, and who answers the phone because it is his own name on the sign.
