$95/hr
You call, we connect to your screen in minutes, most issues fixed in the first hour. Billed in 15-minute increments after the first half hour.
On-site service
$125/hr
Two-hour minimum. Scheduled visits anywhere in our corridor — networks, hardware, new-office setups, anything that needs hands.
10-hour block
$950
Prepaid hours that never expire, at a discount. The right fit for offices that need help a few times a month but aren't ready for a managed plan.
After-hours emergency work, when we can take it: 1.5× the standard rate. Fixed-price quotes for projects — office moves, new networks, Microsoft 365 migrations.
