Many issues can be fixed remotely — remote tools mean we can look at your screen without driving out first. On-site visits are scheduled with you ahead of time. We don't sell a 24/7 emergency SLA, because we'd rather be honest than impressive: if your business needs guaranteed middle-of-the-night response, we'll say so and point you at a provider built for that.
