Internal Assessment
$999+one-time
Half a day on site, looking inside your network — the computers, the backups, the email, and the files that hold staff and customer information. You get a written, prioritized list: what we'd fix, what it costs, and what can wait. The list is yours to keep either way — and if it comes back short, we'll tell you that you don't need us every month.

Most offices start with one of these. Monthly plans are below: monitoring is self-serve with no contract, and managed IT runs on a simple month-to-month agreement you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

Security & compliance — for regulated businesses
If your business handles patient records, tax files, or client financial data, the law already requires written security documentation — a HIPAA Security Risk Analysis or an FTC Safeguards WISP. Kovyr builds it from a real scan of your business, not a template.
★ Start here · Regulated businesses
Compliance Assessment
The written packet a regulated practice or firm is expected to produce — a Security Risk Analysis (HIPAA, for dental & medical) or a Written Information Security Program (FTC Safeguards, for tax & financial), plus written policies & procedures, an incident-response & breach-notification plan, a vendor / business-associate tracker with required clause language, and a prioritized fix list. It documents your posture and your gaps — it is not a certification, and the ongoing risk-analysis obligation stays with you. Yours to keep. Annual update $297/yr.

AI Readiness Assessment
Somebody in your office is putting client information into ChatGPT, Copilot, or a meeting recorder — usually on a personal account, usually without being told not to. We inventory every AI tool in use, tell you what each one does with your data, and deliver a report, an acceptable-use policy written for your business, a staff one-pager, and an approved-tools list. Credits in full toward the Compliance Assessment (from $897, or $1,497 with your first year of monitoring included) within 90 days.

Security Monitoring
$99/mo · cancel anytime
or $990/yr — 2 months free
Recurring watch over your public-facing security, plain-language monthly reports, change alerts, and the small fixes handled for you. For regulated businesses it also keeps your compliance documentation current between annual updates. Scope, stated plainly: this is evidence toward §314.4(d)(1) for your externally reachable systems. It is not the “continuous monitoring” alternative in §314.4(d)(2), which contemplates detecting changes across your information systems rather than your public face.

What every Kovyr Technology client gets
- A local technician who answers the phone — not a ticket queue two counties away
- Plain-language answers — you'll always know what we did and why
- Month-to-month terms — we keep your business by earning it, not by locking you in
- Every price published — what's on this page is what you pay
- Same-day remote help — most problems fixed while you watch, during business hours
- On-site when it matters — Spanish Fork to Richfield, we drive to you
Prices subject to change. The Compliance Assessment is quoted per business (from $897). Managed and monitoring plans are month-to-month unless an annual plan is selected. On-site work carries a 2-hour minimum; after-hours emergency work bills at 1.5×. Tax and financial firms that need a designated Qualified Individual under the FTC Safeguards Rule can retain us in that role for $297/mo — your firm retains responsibility for compliance under §314.4(a)(1) and designates a senior member of your own staff to oversee us. Where an element doesn't apply to your firm under §314.6, we mark it covered, not required, rather than let you believe the rule demanded it of you. Kovyr does not carry bound errors-and-omissions coverage and is not SOC 2 audited; the IRS does not endorse or approve any vendor.
